Jean-Luc provides consulting on occupational and private pension schemes, mortgages, taxation and financial planning.

He held several senior posts before joining Winterthur Insurance in 1997 and founding B.C.D.T. in 2001. He has also taught in West Africa and is a lecturer on the Master’s degree in Banking & Finance (LLM Banking & Finance) at the University of Geneva.

Jean-Luc holds a Master’s degree in geography and a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in town and country planning and economic development.
